Leaks, power outages, HVAC failures and equipment breakdowns get a priority, a response target and a technician, with a report when the job is closed.
Every request is triaged by priority. Emergencies such as active leaks, no heat at an open centre, a cooler failure or a safety hazard are dispatched immediately, around the clock. Urgent and scheduled work is booked against written targets.
Our own technicians handle general repairs on the spot. When a licensed trade is needed, we dispatch from our partner network and stay on the job until it is closed out.

What are your response times?
Our standard targets are on site within 4 hours for emergencies, 24/7, next business day for urgent work, and booking within 5 business days for scheduled work. Final targets are set in your service agreement.
Do you do one-off repairs for non-contract clients?
Our priority is contracted sites. Contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
