Most multi-site operators run facilities through a patchwork: a manager stretched across too many buildings, a binder of vendor phone numbers and a lot of reactive calls. Orbit replaces that with a dedicated account team, a live work-order tracker and a compliance calendar for every site.
We manage the work end to end. Our own technicians handle general maintenance and repairs, and licensed trade partners handle regulated work such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, fire protection and pest control. Orbit stays responsible for the result either way.

About this service
How is this different from hiring an in-house facilities manager?
You get a team, not one person: an account manager, site coordinators, technicians and 24/7 dispatch, with a vendor network and tracking systems already in place. Coverage does not stop for vacation, illness or turnover.
Do we keep our existing vendors?
Where they perform, yes. During transition we review every contract, keep the vendors who meet the standard and re-tender the rest.
How is it priced?
A monthly management fee based on the number and type of sites, with repair and project work quoted or billed at agreed rates. We price after walking your portfolio.
