Who we are
Built by operators, for operators
Our leadership team has run commercial cleaning, restoration, staffing and security operations across Ontario. We know what it takes to keep many sites running to one standard, because we’ve done it from the operator’s side.
We started Orbit to give multi-site operators what they rarely get from a list of separate contractors: one accountable team, clear service levels, and records that hold up when an inspector, auditor or insurer asks.

Everyone on your site meets the same bar
Our own team and every trade partner we bring in must have:
- Current WSIB clearance, checked before every contract
- Commercial general liability insurance, with your company named as additional insured on request
- Provincial licences and certifications for regulated trades
- A police vulnerable sector check for work at child care, school and care-home sites
- A site orientation covering your safety, visitor and food-safety rules
- Photo-documented close-out on every work order
