Maintenance Technician

Full-time · GTA, mobile

Repairs and preventive maintenance across offices, care homes, schools, stores and other client sites. You’re handy across plumbing fixtures, doors and hardware, drywall, paint and light fixtures, and you document your work.

2+ years in building maintenance or a related trade
Valid G licence and reliable vehicle
Able to obtain a police vulnerable sector check

Own a group of sites: walkthroughs, work orders, vendor scheduling and compliance calendars. You’re the person site directors call first.

Experience coordinating maintenance, property or operations
Organized, responsive and comfortable with digital tools
Valid G licence and reliable vehicle
